Observed free chlorine level outside the specified range or less than the minimum level as specified in DPH Rule 511-3-5-.17 during operation. The average free chlorine level measured 1.50 at the time of inspection. CA: Discussed required disinfectant levels with CPO. Failure to maintain the required disinfectant levels is an imminent health hazard; therefore, the pool will remain closed until disinfectant levels are balanced and maintained. CPO will call Health Authority for to reschedule opening inspection.
