Observed pans of mashed potatoes cooling back down, wrapped in cooler at 51-54 degrees F after being placed on cart in main kitchen, pasta sauce at 50 degrees F in deep plastic containers, and roast beef sliced earlier cooling stacked together in deep pan cooling at 46 degrees F. CA: Cooling methods for different types of foods must be adequate for cooling food. COS: pic placed into smaller portions and unwrapped food for proper cooling.

observed current inspection not posted (85). CA: Current inspection, food service permit must be posted in plain sight for customers. COS: No correction on site. Health Dept. will re-check inspection posted.

Observed several torn gaskets on walk in cooler and on freezer. CA: Gaskets must be maintained in good repair. COS: pic will replace gaskets. Health Dept. will re-check
