All items in the unit were found to be 68-70 deg F. The TMD in lower reach-in portion of unit read 68 deg F.

Corrective Action: PIC was notified. All items stored in the cooler overnight were discarded (okra, green tomatoes, soul rolls, spring rolls) were discarded. One pan of of soul rolls was prepped this morning (9/12/23) and were found to be less than two hours old and were able to be brought to the walk-in cooler to rapidly cool down to 41 deg F or below. The cooler was put out of use and must be serviced by a licensed technician with documentation. The Health Department will recheck this.
