Observed warewashing machine not automatically dispensing sanitizer. On further investigation, the tubing did not appear to be fully inserted in sanitizer and after briefly priming the machine, the sanitizer continued to not automatically dispensing.

Corrective Action: PIC was notified and the machine was put out of service. The facility will use their three compartment sink until the automatic warewashing machine has been serviced. Discussed and educated PIC on the importance of regularly testing the sanitizer concentration in the machine to ensure it is functioning properly.
