5 - sewers/sewage disposal systems/dump stations approved; properly constructed and installed; no surface discharge
Regulation: 511-6-2-.10(2) - sewage disposal-surface discharge
Observed grey water discharge on ground surface behind facility. Grey water discharge is due to damaged and/or disconnected plumbing behind facility from main drain of primary laundry facility. Corrective Action: Owner was notified. Licensed plumber must be contacted for immediate repairs to main laundry discharge line. This grey water line must be properly plumbed into main sewer line for entire facility as required. Documentation is required. Health Dept will recheck
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Observed damaged exterior mounting box for storing fire extinguisher. Due to damaged box, fire extinguisher was not stored for access to the public in case of an emergency. Owner is keeping fire extinguisher in her office. Corrective Action: Owner was notified that fire extinguisher must be stored for access to guests in the event of an emergency. Storage box must be repaired or replaced asap. This will be rechecked

Observed smoke detector not working in main laundry facility. Corrective Action: Owner was notified. Smoke detector will be repaired or replaced, then rechecked
