Observation: No handwashing signage posted at handwashing sinks in bar area. CA: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks. COS: No COS observed. The CFSM will post the proper signage at all handwash sinks in the bar area. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.

Observed multiple cups stacked wet in bar area after being recently washed. CA: Discussed allowing items to properly drain and air- dry prior to being stacked with PIC. Items were unstacked and sat out to be properly air-dried. PIC will educate employees.

Observed broken lid located on prep top cooler of main food prep line. CA: Discussed having lid repaired or replaced with CFSM. CFSM stated that the lid has been ordered. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.

Observed heavy ice accumulation present on interior of reach in freezer on main food prep line. CA: Discussed having freezer serviced and ice build up removed with CFSM. No food contamination was observed at time of inspection. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.

Observed employee drinks not stored in a single use cup without a lid and straw stored in kitchen area (opened plastic water bottle and stainless steel water bottle). CA: Discussed employee drinks with PIC. All employee drinks will be stored in single use cups with a lid and straw. PIC removed drinks from kitchen area.
