Observed potentially hazardous food (overnight oats) cold held at a temperature greater than 41 deg F in front grab and go cooler. Both containers of outs were found to be holding for greater than 4 hours in this cooler and were discarded. Corrective Action: PIC notified and oats were discarded. These oats were the only TCS items being held in that cooler. On basic inspection of cooler, unable to find NSF certification or equivalent label. The remaining shelves of the cooler were fully stocked with non-TCS protein shakes and meal replacements. Discussed only storing non-TCS food items in the grab-and-go cooler at the front of the store.
