CA: Discussed daily recordkeeping and water testing with pic of facility at time of inspection. COS: PIC will perform water testing twice per day except on days where CPO comes to perform water testing. All results should be recorded along with any pool closures and corrective actions (how much and what chemicals are added t water). If pool closes for chemical imbalance-another test result shall be recorded with pool opening.
