Observed working containers (squirt bottles, small containers) of non-easily identifiable foods that were not labeled. COS. Labels added. Code: Non-easily identifiable foods shall be labeled with the common name of the product.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(m) - outer openings protected (c)
Observed that the front door does not close all the way after opening. Code: Exterior entrances shall be self-closing and tight-fitting or other wise protected against pest entry.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoops stored with the handles in the product. COS. Moved. Code: In-use utensils stored in product shall be stored to ensure that the handle does not touch the product.

Observed accumulation of debris on floors, particularly in the downstairs storage area. Code: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.
