The turnover can not be determined for the pool type and size. The numbers on the flowmeter are worn off. The equipment for a swimming pool shall be of adequate size to turn over the entire pool water capacity. The words "No Diving" does not meet the minimum height requirements for the depth markers. There is no universal symbol for No Diving present at each depth marker. The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers. The emergency phone is not present; the wall jack is present, but no phone. Must be corrected prior to permitting for this season. The pool phone is on the exterior of the enclosure not making it readily available to all bathers in the event of an emergency. This must be corrected prior to permitting in 2027. CA: An operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuous powered source, weatherproof emergency phone shall be permanently installed in a conspicuous location within the pool enclosure and must be readily available to bathers at all times. The emergency phone shall be capable of connecting to 911 and electronically transferring an automatic number identification and automatic locator identification of the pool emergency phone to the public safety answering point, if available. A 911 sign or the names and phone numbers of the nearest available police, fire, ambulance service or rescue unit shall be posted nearby

The vacuum line is not covered with the correct fitting. The vacuum line shall be protected with a self-closing, self-latching fitting that complies with the current IAMPO SPS 4- Special Use Suction Fitting for Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs.

The peak occupancy for the pool is not posted. The peak occupancy is 225. A sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy.

.17(2) The alkalinity does not meet minimum requirements. Alkalinity is required to be at 60ppm minimum and 180 ppm maximum. Speak with CPO about adjusting the alkalinity in the pool, then verify the pH is within proper range.

Tighten up rail at stairs at far end of pool so that it is secure.
