Observed food (hotdogs, cheese, bread, chicken, fries) stored uncovered in the reach-in cooler and freezer on the main line. COS. Covered. Code: Food shall be stored covered.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
Observed that when running all faucets in the facility that the water pressure at several sinks, particularly the hand sinks, drops very low; observed that the facility only has 1 tankless water heater which does not meet the peak theoretical demand of the facility. Code: Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulation of food, grease, and debris on floors throughout the facility; noted areas of heavy accumulation are on the line, under the dry storage area, in the walk-in's, and between equipment in the front food service area. Code: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Observed employee phone stored on the counter in the front food service area over the condiments. COS. Moved. Code: Employee belongings and activities shall be in designated locations that prevent accumulation of debris.
