A handwashing sink shall be accessible at all times for handwashing. Observed a handsink near the grill which had been blocked by a steam table. PIC moved steam table to allow access to handsink.

Mechanical dishwasher is not applying the correct amount of sanitizer on dishes. PIC has filled the sanitizer basin of the 3 comp sink with 100ppm bleach and will place all dishes in sanitizer after running it through the dishwahser until dishwasher is repaired. PIC has called to have it serviced.
