Observed handwash sink in kitchen area not supplied with hot water. Employees shall maintain that all handwash sinks are supplied with 100 degree Fahrenheit water through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Observed handwash sinks in restrooms separated from wall and prone mold/mildew build-up due to splash. Employees shall maintain that all fixed equipment that is exposed to splash/spillage, should be affixed to wall and sealed with waterproof sealant.
