Observed cooked crab stored in a an ice bath that had temperatures of 56 degrees. All foods had been out of refregeration for lesss than 4 hours. PIC placed meatloaf and casserole in reach in to cool. Crab meat was submerged in ice to rapidly cool. PIC discarded cheeses. Foods shall be stored below the fill line and containers fully submerged in ice to ensure foods stay at 41F or below.
