Observed black build up inside drink fountain in self-serve area. C/A - regularly clean & break down and sanitize to prevent build up. COS - manager cleaned nozzles.
11D - thermometers provided and accurate
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(k) - temperature measuring device (tmd), food - accuracy (pf)
Observed no thermometers in reach in coolers. C/A - obtain and put thermometers in all coolers.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed plastic pans stacked while wet.
C/A - allow pans to air dry before stacking.
