Observed a live roach crawling on the wall. Have licensed PCO treat this area more thoroughly.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(p) - dispensing equipment, protection of equipment & food (p, c)
Scoops need to have handles. Scoops need to be stored to be container bin specifec.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(p) - warewashing equipment, determining chemical sanitizer concentration (pf)
Observed no test strips at dishwasher. CA: Need test strips for dishwasher and test dishwasher on a frequent basis to make sure sanitizer is working.
