Observed ranch, Cole Slaw, dressing, and ambient temp in walk in cooler ranging from 60 degrees F to 66 degrees F. C/A - have cooler repaired and do NOT sore TCS food in cooler until fixed. COS - manager tossed TCS food in walk in cooler

Observed tartar sauce and ambient temp in front end reach in cooler at 61 degrees F and65 degrees F respectively. C/A - have cooler serviced and do NOT store TCS food in it until repaired. COS - manager dumped TCS food in trash that was in the cooler.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

Observed no paper towels or soap at rear handwashing sink. CA: Must keep ALL handsinks fully stocked at all times.

Observed food in steam well and seafood prep top cooler uncovered during operations. C/A - Keep food stored in prep area.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(o) - manual warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization using detergent sanitizers(c)
Observed no sanitizer buckets in kitchen. C/A - use dish sanitizer to fill buckets for kitchen cleaning rags. Replace every four hours.

Observed overfilled cup dispenser at front counter. CA: Keep cups in plastic sleeves to prevent contamination.
