Observed several frozen items in grill freezer uncovered or unpacked and exposed to potential contamination. Ensure all food products in storage are properly covered.

Observed accumulations of rust and/or black mold like substance inside both ice machines. Clean food contact surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations by 2/21/26.

Observed stacked beer glasses at beer taps. Do not stack/wet nest glassware. Glasses placed at sink for wash, rinse and sanitize, and full air drying. COS

Regulation: 511-6-1.5 (2)(jj) - food service equipment, acceptability.
Observed several residential type chest freezers(in store room) with damaged handles, gaskets, and/or interior lids and walls. Replace units with proper food service equipment freezers. Correct by 2/21/26
