Observed no hot water available at the rear hand sink when I entered the unit.
Observed no hot water available at the hand sink in the men's restroom and in the bar area restroom.
CA: PIC repaired water heater on site for Melted hand sink.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4 - equipment, utensil, linens, stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed the ice scoop stored atop the ice machine behind the unit (not covered).
CA: Ice scoop was removed (did not see at the end of inspection).
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(j) - heating, ventilation, air conditioning, system vents, designed to prevent contamination (c)
Observed the a/c unit leaking in the kitchen area, above dishes.
