Regulation: 511-6-2-.13(1) - insect and rodent control
Observed dead pests in rooms 316 and 324. CA: Effective and appropriate measures shall be taken to eliminate the presence of rodents and flies, roaches, bed bugs, and other insects on the premises. The premises shall be kept in such condition as to prevent the attraction, harborage or feeding of insects or rodents. PIC will remove dead pests
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Observed microwave in room 320 with heavy rust buildup. CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. PIC will replace microwave
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Observed hole in bathtub of room 155. CA: Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day, unless the guest has declined regular tourist room services. If a tourist declines regular tourist room services, the tourist accommodation facility must ensure that these surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once per week and between tourists. PIC will have tub repaired
25 - floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors clean, and in good repair; appropriate for location and operation

Observed bathroom wall and ceiling with large opening in room 152. Observed coving in room 155 detached from the wall. Observed hole in bathroom door of room 316. Observed hole in wall of room 263. CA: Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. PIC will have room damage repaired
