Observed a cloth glove inside handsink basin. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC removed glove from handsink.

Observed no allergy disclosure statement for customers to view. CA: The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer. PIC will create an allergy disclosure for customers.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(h) - ice used as exterior coolant, prohibited as an ingredient (p)
Observed a bottle of water and a can beverage stored in ice bin that is used for making drinks. CA: Ice may not be used as food after it has been used as a medium for cooling the exterior surfaces of food such as melons or fish, packaged foods such as canned beverages, or cooling coils and tubes of equipment. PIC removed beverages from ice bin. Ice discarded.
