Observed sliced cheese, sliced tomatoes and lettuce in the prep top at the main kitchen cold holding at 49 degree Fahrenheits, 45 degree Fahrenheits and 45 degree Fahrenheits respectively. CA: Temperature control for safety food that is cold holding shall be maintained at 41 degree Fahrenheits or below. COS: Food items were taken back to the walk in cooler.
