6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Food Prep Cold hold unit was not being properly maintained at41 degrees or below. the thermostat was set at 44 degrees. Interior temperature control for proper temperature 42 degrees milk 42- 44 degrees and crepe mix 50 degrees. COS food out of temp was discarded and thermostat was reset.COS
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(k),(l) - storing refuse, recyclables & receptacles; areas, enclosures, & receptacles, good repair (c)
Trash can lid observed broken in the restroom, need to be replaced or fixed.
