13-189(c)(1): Chlorine shall be measured at 3-10ppm. Obs: CPO adjusted chlorine from 2.08 to 5.92.
13-190(a): Equipment shall be maintained properly. Obs: Flow meter inoperable.
13-188(d)(1): depth markers need to be at least 4 inches tall in feet AND inches. Markers on vertical pool wall at or above water line must be in feet and inches. OBS: The "ft" is observed to be less than 4 inches tall. Its written in top corner of tile. There is no depth markers on vertical wall.
13-190(a): All circulation equipment must be maintained properly. Obs: There is no inlet cover.
13-201(c)(3): 1 bathroom with hot water range of 70-104 degrees for each men and women. Obs: Mens bathroom has no hot water.
13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper change station shall be provided for each men or women bathroom. obs: No diaper changing station in mens bathroom.

13-201(c) - separate facilities shall be provided for men and women. Note on men's bathroom said men should temporarily use women's bathroom because the toilet was broken
