13-189(c)(1) - Expired chemicals in test kit

13:188(a): Pool surfaces shall have no cracks or open joints; shall be constructed of approved materials ( vinyl liners and rough abrasive materials prohibited). Observed cracks around the 5ft stairs that need fixing as soon as possible.

13-188(d)(2) At shallow portions of the pool it must have permanent "No Diving" in minimum 2 inch black letters with white background. It was observed that no diving was spray painted on and was not permanent.

13-189(a)(5) All pools must be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming of the bottom. There was debris observed at the bottom of the pool.

13-188(h)(3): the required deck shall be unobstructed in all directions and shall be constructed at the same elevation as the outside edge of the coping. Observed: the deck surface was cracked ( by the side of the pool) and not in the same level of elevation as the rest of the pool.

13-18a(e)(5): unsecured handrails considered an imminent health hazard- safety hazard. observed one of the handrails came off, and one is unsecured.
