13-201(k)- Toilets and lavatories: Clean. maintained and stocked; A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in each men's and women's section of the bathhouse. At the time of inspection , no diaper changing station was observed in either the men's nor women's section of the bathhouse. Person in charge was advised to have on installed in both the men's and women's toilet facility. -- OKAY TO PERMIT - POOL CAN REMAIN OPEN---

13-189(a)(5): All Pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming if the bottom and sidewalls. Visible scum shall be removed immediately. Observed dirt/debris inside the kiddie pool. COS (Corrected on site). Person in charge proceeds to take debris out of the pool.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3ppm or more than 10ppm at all times. observed free chlorine to be less than 3ppm.

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required turnover rate. observed the flowmeter to be reading incorrectly.
