Observed several bar hand sinks blocked by bottles of liquor at the time of inspection. Observed hand sinks with wiping cloths and sanitizer buckets. Observed straw stored in hand sink. CA:

Observed container or raw fish, shrimp, and chicken stored uncovered in cooler. Observed ice at the bar stored uncovered. CA: All food shall be stored covered to prevent contamination.
