Interior of the ice machine has black build-up. Interior of the microwave is unclean to sight and touch. CA: a) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils.

No sanitizer provided for manual dishwashing.
CA: EPA approved sanitizer for food contact surfaces shall be provided for manual dishwashing.
Should the mechanical dishmachine not reach 160F at the plate there is no manual back-up method for dishwashing.
Sanitizer shall be provided and readily available at all times
12D - washing fruits and vegetables

Produce sink used for unclean towels. CA: Produce sink shall be used for produce or cooling of cooked meats. COS-towels removed and sink cleaned and sanitized

Single use cups stored in the containers of almond slivers and coconut.
Discussed with PIC that scoops with handles shall only be stored with the handle portion not touching the product.
CA: 1. Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused.
