Observed two employees with hair longer than one half inch long preparing food without a beard guard. CA: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. COS: Employees donned beard guards.

Upon arrival, observed an employee's open Coca-Cola bottle while prepping food. CA: Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. COS: Relocated to designated area.

Upon arrival, observed employee's coffee mug stored on prep table while prepping shallots. CA: Employees shall not use any form of tobacco products, or electronic devices that simulate tobacco smoking, while engaged in food preparation or service, nor while in areas used for equipment or utensil washing and storage, food preparation or food storage. COS: Coffee mug relocated.

Observed an employee wearing a bracelet and watch while preparing food. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Jewelry removed.

Facility lacking chlorine test strips for glasswasher which is located in the main kitchen and bar. Facility lacking irreversible thermometer and/or irreversible test strips to measure the temperature of the glasswasher CA: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Owner contacted SuperSource to order test strips for chlorine and high temp dish machine.

Observed multiple employees reusable bottles and speakers stored on a shelf next to food-contact surfaces inside the main/bakery kitchen. CA: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. COS: Bottles relocated.
