Observed a blue bucket filled with water, sitting in the hand-washing sink upon arrival. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: Food employee removed blue bucket from hand-washing sink and placed in the dish area.

Observed a food container of raw chicken in the reach-in freezer and food containers of refried beans, cooked beef, cooked tinga, and cooked pork stored in the reach-in cooler without any coverings or lids. CA: Food shall be stored in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination.
