CA: Advised PIC that per the manufacturer, quat sanitizer shall be maintained at a concentration of 200ppm - 400ppm. COS: PIC remade all the sanitizer solutions to read 200ppm quat residual. Advised to train all staff to always check the sanitizer concentration with the correct test strip after making and before using.
