1 - barrier: pool enclosed/fencing in compliance
13-202(a)(1) barrier shall not have any openings wherein a 4 inch diameter is able to pass through. Observed: fence is currently missing a bar and is broken from people breaking in
2 - self-closing / self-latching gates
13-202(a)(2) entry into the pool area shall be through a self-closing, self-latching gate. The gate currently does not self-close
6 - proper disinfectant level
13-189(c) free chlorine shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3 ppm, the observed level was 2.37 ppm
11 - appropriate lifesaving equipment present
13-202(d) each pool shall be provided with a coast guard approved ring buoy firmly attached to a throwing rope. Current buoy does not have throwing rope

13-205(b)(1) equipment shall be ran to ensure one turnover every 6 hours. The observed flow was 100 GPM, and the required flow is 111 GPM

13-202(1) float line shall be installed across pool where depths exceed 5 feet. The float line is currently broken and not installed
20 - return inlets maintained
13-190(a) return inlets shall function properly and be maintained. Observed: there are currently 3 return inlets missing covers
12 - grab/hand rails, ladders installed and secure
13-184(e)(5) unsecured handrails are considered an imminent health hazard. Observed: the top step of the handrail is detached
37 - other violations of the chapter
Emergency, pool operator, and health department numbers must be posted by the phone. There are currently no numbers posted
24 - piping identified and marked
13-191(a) all piping in the equipment rooms shall be clearly labeled. Observed: the backwash line is unlabeled
