13-189(c)(6):At all times when a pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. I observed the water cloudy and the main drains not clearly visible.
13-189(c)(1):The free-chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than three parts per million (3ppm)at all times. I observed the chlorine below 3ppm.
13-189(c)(1):The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2-7.8. I observed the pH above 7.8.
13-190(a):The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of six (6) hours (pools). I observed the flow meter at 20 GPM. The flow meter was not operating correctly.
