12-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24-hour basis. The flowmeter was not working during the inspection.

13-202(g): an operable, hard-wired emergency phone must be easily available in the pool area. -emergency phone would activate and then cut off. -emergency operator did receive call because they called the leasing office. -phone must still be repaired.

Light bulb in the men's bathroom was observed without a working lightbulb. -Requested that maintenance replace asap.

13-189(c)(6): At all times when the pool is in use the water should be of such clarity that the main drains are clearly visible. -water was cloudy upon inspection.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual must be between 3.0ppm-10.0ppm. -chlorine residual was measured at 10.57 at beginning of inspection. -operator added reducer and the FCL was still at 10.09. -operator admitted to having shocked the pool the previous day.

13-190(a)(7): an adequately sized flowmeter shall be installed in the return line. Flowmeter not functional at first inspection. -CPO was able to get it functioning.

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free of sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming of the bottom and sidewalls. Visible scum shall be removed immediately. -Leaves and other debris and staining. Needs vacuumed and resurfacing will be necessary soon.

13-189(c)(1): the free chlorine residual must be between 3.0ppm-10.0ppm. It was tested twice at 13.3ppm & 14.5ppm.

13-190(a)(7): an adequately sized flowmeter shall be installed in the return line. It is filled with acid and I cannot see the turnover rate. Please get a new flowmeter.

13-196(a)(4): skimmers shall be maintained so they can operate correctly and skim debris. there is way too much debris in the skimmers for them to be working effectively.

13-188(a): pool surface shall have no cracks or open joints. The water tiles are falling off and need to be replaced

13-198(a): the equipment room shall be kept clean, safe, and adequately lighted. I flipped the switch to turn on the light and it wouldn't turn on.

13-188(h)(4): decks shall not retain any standing water greater than 1/8" for more than 20 minutes. There is standing water in some areas on the pool deck and mud that is slippery on the pool deck. Pool deck needs to be pressure washed. So people can walk on it.

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be kept free from sediment dirt, or debris. There are rocks at the bottom of the pool and staining. Pool surface needs to be clean of rocks and acid-washed or re-plastered.

13-188(a): except for water line tiles, maximum 12" wide racing lane markers shall be finished in a light color. Water tiles are missing in some areas of the pool

13-198(a): the equipment room shall adequately lighted. There is no working light in the equipment room and there needs to be lighting.
