Observed quat sanitizer solution below the manufacturer's recommended concentration of 200ppm to 400ppm. Observed quat santizier solution used for food thermometers at 0ppm. CA: Quat sanitizer shall be maintained at the manufacturer's recommended concentration for sanitizing food contact surfaces (quat being used at facility during time of inspection states to maintain sanitizer at 200ppm to 400pm). COS: The PIC remade the sanitizer solution to 200ppm quat concentration.
