13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weather proof telephone with direct 911 access shall be readily available.
Observation: The telephone was hard to hear, and dispatchers said they pinged an address of 2310 perimeter park drive. That's not the pool address.
13-189(c)(1): chlorine shall be maintained at a range of 3-10ppm.
Observation: Chlorine measured at 1.46ppm initially. After adjusting the chlorinator, it decreased to 1.21ppm.
13-197(a): The water shall be treated with a properly functioning disinfecting equipment.
Observation: Chlorine decreased after turning chlorinator up. CPO notified me that this is a persistent issue and often times uses shock to bring it up to range.
13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to maintain minimum required 4 turnovers/day.
Observation: The flow meter reads at 60gpm. The flow meter should read minimum of 100 gpm.
36,000 (gallons)/360 (6 hour turnover in minutes)= 100gpm.

Observation: Max value is 120 gpm, when it should be 150 gpm.

Observation: Bathrooms did not have any hot water. The water stop flowing when you turn the knob.
