Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.Observed build-up of food debris, dust or dirt on exterior nonfood-contact surface of all equipment and observed grease accumulated under cooking equipment and ventilation filters. PIC was advised to create a frequent cleaning schedule to avoid accumulation and send pictures to inspector via email by 3/11/26.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions. Observed personal care item stored with food and non food items for customer use through out the establishment. PIC was advised to store all personal use items in a designated area to prevent any possible cross contamination.
