5 - emergency phone operational and accessible
13-202(g) An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure. Observed: phone was able to ring but does not connect to 911
6 - proper disinfectant level
13-189(c)(1) the free chlorine shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3.0 ppm, observed level was 1.81.
8 - chemical feeder operational and approved
13-197(g) no disinfectant added by hand as the sole or primary method of adding disinfectant. Observed: large amounts of shock present on the deck, when the skimmer was opened, shock was present from when the maintenance man had added it the day before
11 - appropriate lifesaving equipment present
13-202(d) each pool shall be provided with a coast guard approved lifesaving ring firmly attached to throwing rope. Ring was in good condition, but rope was broken and frayed. Rope was replaced by maintenance man on site
19 - adequate turnover rate
13-190(a) equipment shall be ran to ensure 1 turnover every 6 hours, current flow: 42 GPM, required flow: 56 GPM
36 - daily recordkeeping: water testing and self inspection performed
13-189(c)(4) pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times per day, water is currently tested once per week
15 - depth and no diving markers, step marking; installed and contrasting
13-188(d)(1) permanent "no diving" markers shall be located next to depth markers. Currently, the no diving markers are not next to the depth markers. Told to fix by next pool season
17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
13-196(a) each skimmer shall be maintained in a clean condition. Large amounts of debris and shock found in skimmer

13-190(a) return inlets shall function and be maintained, there is currently one inlet missing
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
13-206(f) sign must state no food allowed within 5 feet of the pool and no spitting, no spouting, no blowing nose, or bodily excretions
