Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - water supply and sanitizing
Observed water temperature exceed 120F in rooms 114(135F),224(144F),208(141F), 126(136F)140(138F) and 230 (135F).
CA: Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Observed water pooling underneath A/C unit in room 230. Observed rusted microwave and fridge in disrepair in room 126. Observed fridge rusting in room 230. Observed A/C filter soiled in room 208 and 126

Observed stains and/or holes on linen in rooms 106, 224, 230 and 126.
CA: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly

Observed visible organic growth on bathroom ceiling in room 106. Observed soiled bathroom vents in room 114,208,230,126 and 140. Observed bathroom vent not tightly secured to ceiling in rooms 208,230 and 140. Observed bathroom vent not functional in 208.
CA: Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated. Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture. All new or major renovation of a tourist accommodation will require mechanical ventilation to be installed to the outside of the building separate from heating and air-condition systems
