3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
Observed water temperature below 110F in the following rooms 124 (96F at sink and tub), 122 (94F at sink and tub), 138 (98F at sink and tub) and 226 (108F in sink). Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed
27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Observed A/C filters not cleaned in rooms 209,202,138,305,331,122,318 and 326. Observed holes and/or stains on draperies in rooms 209,225,226,138,305,331,326 and 318. Observed debris in fridges and/or microwaves in rooms 209,228,305 and 326. Observed rusted microwave in room 138and 122. Fridge slight rusted in room 122.
CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Observed holes and/or stains on bed linen in rooms 331,326,227,226 and 202.
CA: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Observed stained tub in room 209,202 and 318.Observed paint chipped in tub in room 226. Observed stained shower curtains in room 227,226 and 202.Observed loose toilet seat and shower rod in room 138. Observed water leaking from knobs of the bathtub in room 122 and 124.
CA: Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day, unless the guest has declined regular tourist room services. If a tourist declines regular tourist room services, the tourist accommodation facility must ensure that these surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once per week and between tourists
17 - proper ventilation; no sign of mold, mildew, odors or moisture

Observed bathroom vent not functioning properly in room 226 and 326.
CA: Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated. Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture. All new or major renovation of a tourist accommodation will require mechanical ventilation to be installed to the outside of the building separate from heating and air-condition systems
24 - openings to outside and physical facilities protected by tight-fitting doors, screening, or other means

Observed doors not tight-fitting in rooms 331,226, 227, 202 and 138. CA: Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means
