OBSERVED FOOD RESIDUE ON INSIDE PORTIONS OF MICROWAVE AND ON CAN OPENER BLADE. CA: EQUIPMENT FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHALL BE CLEANED AT A FREQUENCY NECESSARY TO PREVENT ACCUMULATION OF RESIDUE OR DEBRIS. COS: PIC CLEANED AND SANITIZED FOOD CONTACT SURFACES.

OBSERVED WET WIPING CLOTH STORED ON EQUIPMENT AND NOT IN SANITIZER BUCKET. CA: WET WIPING CLOTHS SHALL BE KEPT IN SANITIZER BUCKET WHEN NOT IN USE. COS: PIC MOVED WIPING CLOTH TO DIRTY LINENS.
