OBSERVED FORKS AND SPOONS STORED IN CONTAINERS WITH LIP CONTACT SURFACES UP. CA: UTENSILS SHALL BE PRESENTED SO THAT ONLY HANDLES ARE TOUCHED BY EMPLOYEES. COS: PIC TURNED UTENSILS AROUND SO THAT HANDLES ARE STORED UP TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF LIP CONTACT SURFACES.
