OBSERVED MILK WASH IN ICE BATH COLD HOLDING ABOVE 41F (OBSERVED AT 46F). CA: TCS FOOD ITEMS BEING COLD HELD SHALL REMAIN AT 41F OR BELOW. COS: MILK WASH HAD BEEN THERE LESS THAN 4 HOURS. MAJORITY OF ICE HAD MELTED IN ICE BATH. EMPLOYEE ADDED MORE ICE TO COOL MILK WASH DOWN TO 41F AND MAINTAIN AT 41 OR BELOW.
