Spoke with CPO, Skimmer at depth mark 3 seems to have a leak. Repaired last year, but they are losing water again.

Corrective action: CPO is working on having skimmer checked to be repaired again.

Observed emergency phone line with no dial tone.

Corrective action: Spoke to CPO, to contact phone company to fix phone line.

Tested free chlorine level at 15 ppm.
