Observed all-purpose spray bottle stored next to clean, dry bottle caps during inspection. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use article. Clean items relocated away from chemicals during inspection.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used

Observed multiple stacks of single-serve lids stored with food/lip contact surface exposed to contamination. Single-service and single-use articles and cleaned and sanitized utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food- and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. Single-serve lids correctly reorganized during inspection.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained

Observed multiple bags of trash stored on ground of refuse enclosure. A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean. Trash bags properly disposed of during inspection.
