Observed shredded cheese in reach cooler stored in standing water, PIC removed during inspection.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed clean dishes wet-stacked on storage rack. Dishes should be allowed to air dry before stacking. Dished separated and recleaned during inspection. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food.
