Observed an abrasion hazard of rough, cracked, peeling pool surface inside deep end of competition pool. Also observed missing tiles in swim lane and around pool's edge. The roughness or irregularity of such surfaces shall not be such as to cause injury or discomfort to the feet during normal use. All surfaces that come in contact with the user shall be finished so that they do not constitute a cutting, pinching, puncturing or abrasion hazard under casual contact and intended use. All materials shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Aquatics Director advised to continue pursuing repairs.
