Observed ready-to-eat cut zucchini stored next to raw beef and raw shelled eggs stored on top of liquid pasteurized in walk-in cooler. Raw and ready-to-eat shall be separated to prevent contamination.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed pink mold-like buildup on ice machine baffle and black mold-like buildup on soda nozzle in bar area. Food contact services shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent buildup. Baffle and nozzle sanitized during inspection.
