Observed black build up on soda nozzles. Food-contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to minimize accumulation
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed multiple food items stored without date label. Ready-to-eat/TCS food items should bear a label to indicate the date or day by which it is consumed if stored more than 24 hours. PIC added date label during inspection.

Observed open can of tomato stored in walk-in cooler. Acidic foods should avoid being stored in can after opening. PIC discarded food item during inspection.

Observed employee vape stored on food prep table. Employee items should be stored in designated areas. PIC moved item during inspection.
