Observed multiple food items datemarked incorrectly in reach-in cooler and walk-in cooler. Datemarked food items should be a maximum of 7 days. The day the original container is opened in the food service establishment should be counted as Day 1. PIC datemarked food items correctly during inspection.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

Observed chemical in sanitizer bucket exceeding recommended limits for consumer safety. Sanitizer bucket remade during inspection.

Observed current inspection report not posted. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoop handle touching in dry food container and multiple utensils handle touching food in prep-top cooler and reach-in cooler. Utensils should be in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container. PIC repositioned and removed utensils during inspection.
