Observed a drink stored on the shelf with the bags of sugar in the kitchen. COS, the manager discarded the drink. All drinks shall be stored in designated areas to prevent contamination.

Observed several metal bins stored on the clean dish rack in the kitchen that had dried food debris in them. COS, the bins were washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

Observed several dishes stored as clean that were stacked before completely drying. Allow dishes to air dry before stacking to prevent wet nesting that can contribute to bacteria growth as well as a pest attractant.
